This savoury-sweet cake made from potatoes, apples and Valais mountain cheese is just the thing after a cold day's skiing or a wonderful hike.

 

You can choose from the following flavours:

  • Traditional Cholera (Valais cake made from potatoes, cheese, apples and onions, vegetarian).
  • Obergommer Cholera (Valais cake made from potatoes, cheese, pears, leek and bacon)
  • Ämrich Cholera (Valais cake made from potatoes, cheese, apricots, onions, dried meat)
