We had a beautiful stay at Montela this summer, the apartments are in brand new stunning condition, clean and extremely well equipped. The grounds are also beautiful with magnificent views. The staff were super helpful The play area in the building was a lifesaver!
The complex was truly AMAZING, offering top-notch apartments that were incredibly comfortable. The interior design was exceptionally stylish, adding to the overall appeal. Furthermore, the location of the complex was awesome, making it an all-around fantastic experience.
My experience was really disappointing. Unfortunately, during my stay with my family, we experienced significant discomfort due to the atmospheric pressure in the area, which caused dizziness, nausea, and ear pain for our children. As a result, we had to cut our staying short and move to another area that has less high for our kids' comfort.. Given the circumstances, and since my booking was nonrefundable, I asked kindly request a refund for the reservation fees for the three days that we were unable to stay at the resort. But unfortunately they refused that and didn't understand our situation !!!

Already the second time we go there and always a great time! We have rented regular apartments and, this time, the Pavillon. It was spacious, modern and convenient (2 kitchens). We were a group of 8 and we had a lot of fun. Bus stop to go to Saas Fee is just in front of the house and makes it a lot easier. I can only recommend - see you again next year!
"What a charming place! The Montela Apartments are a guarantee of well-being. After a delicious breakfast, quickly grab the packed lunch and head out into nature!" That's how Anke S. and Anne G. feel when they visit us. "Anja from the Montela Apartments always knows exactly what we can do and it's a pleasure for us to drop in on her briefly every morning before we set off on the day's adventures. She understands our great love for the marmots and gives us useful tips." Even after several stays, the two feel extremely comfortable in the region and would much rather spend even more time in Saas Grund.
In addition, Anke and Anne find the possibility of having freshly prepared food delivered to their holiday flat and enjoying it in private to be a big plus: "In the evening, exhausted from the activities in the fresh air, having the alternative of having food delivered is very great. Even if you want to cook yourself, you can find everything you need in the cosy kitchen. And with the view, the food tastes twice as good." Anke and Anne are already looking forward to next spring.

I will recommend it for everyone! All was just perfect! Especially I would like to say BIG HUGE thank you to girls from reception, they have organised everything and all was just great! Will definitely come back. If you are hesitating - do not, just go there, you will enjoy your stay with Montela. Everything, breakfast, dinner - all great!
Beautiful stay! Apartment was brand new, and very well equipped. They also give access for all transportation including cable carts. Only bad thing was the customer service. The reception lady was very rude to us. When my wife asked her about an information, the lady said I already said the info once, and I'm not going to repeat it.
Very tidy and new appartement
Loved our stay at the Montela apartments. Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds, all the utensils you need, some nice extras like coffee capsules, olive oil, tea bags. They also provided bowls and treats for our dog. We liked the location, which makes it easy to go to the cable car in Saas Grund, but also to take the bus to Saas Fee and Saas Almagell.
It was a really clean and well equipped apartment. The beds were comfortable and their was loads of storage space. It had the biggest bath I have even seen. the only thing I would change were the pillows which were too soft (for me).
Great hosting and services in an amazing area. I would be happy to reach back guest there.
Very comfortable apartment fully stocked with everything we needed. Family of five plus dog over Christmas not always easy to accommodate but we had a wonderful stay easy access to Zermatt and Saas Fee. Highly recommend ! Thank you

Vere nice place with cosy apartments and beautiful nature. The food is very tasty and you can get to San-Fee in notime.

Best Holiday Apartment ever visited. New and nice. Staying in House A 3.5room Attic and thoroughly enjoying. It has got everything for a perfect relaxing holiday.
The Montela-Apartments have been a very nice Hosts – the whole complex is very modern and absolutely new. We had a spacious flat on the ground floor with a nice terrace ideal for our little French Bulldog. The Bus-Stop towards the slops are just up the little road the price is absolutely competitive within Switzerland. Highly recommended!
